Porsche Design and Ananda Development Unveil Asia's First Porsche Design Tower in Bangkok

Porsche Design has partnered with Ananda Development to launch the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok. Located on Sukhumvit 38, this ultra-luxury residence targets ultra-high net-worth individuals. It will be the first of its kind in Asia and the third globally. The property features 22 duplex and quadplex 'Sky Villas' ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters, with prices ranging from USD 15 million to USD 40 million. Construction will begin next year, aiming for completion by the end of 2028.

The collaboration combines Porsche's design excellence with Ananda's engineering expertise. Lutz Meschke, Deputy Chairman at Porsche AG, mentioned that the project aligns with Porsche's strategy to provide exclusive experiences. Stefan Buescher, Chairman of Porsche Lifestyle Group, highlighted the design philosophy of essential form optimization. Chanond Ruangkritya, President and CEO of Ananda Development, expressed enthusiasm for the shared aspiration for excellence.

The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok boasts unique features like "Passion Spaces" luxury garages, "The Loop" access ramp, and a fully automated terrace door system for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Architecturally, it includes an exposed pedestal structure "X-Frame" and "The Crown" light signature inspired by Porsche sports cars. Amenities include a 25-meter swimming pool, fitness center, spa, social lounge, and business lounge.
