Postponement of Solocal's 2023 Financial Statement

Solocal announced the postponement of the publication of its financial results for the year 2023, initially scheduled for February 29, 2024. This decision follows the continuation of discussions started in June 2023 with its financial creditors. In order to facilitate these exchanges and find a lasting solution, Solocal requested the opening of a conciliation procedure with the President of the Nanterre Commercial Court.

Before the full release of the 2023 financial statements, the company reports a turnover of 359.7 million euros for 2023, including 86.7 million euros in the fourth quarter. Solocal promises to keep the market informed of the progress of the discussions as well as the date of approval and publication of its financial statements for 2023.
