Postponement of the Combined General Meeting of Acheter-Louer.fr
Buy-Louer.fr informs its shareholders that the Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 28, 2024 is postponed. The company was unable to provide the necessary documents, in particular the auditor's reports, within the legal deadlines.
The financial results for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, already published, show degraded activity. The need for financing remains significant and commitments received from REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY OPPORTUNITIES are limited to September 30, 2024.
The auditor was unable to certify the 2023 accounts on time. The Management Board therefore decided to postpone the Meeting and requested an extension until September 30, 2024 for the approval of the accounts.
The new date of the Meeting will be communicated to shareholders through the press and legal notices during September.
