POUJOULAT SA: Voting rights as of July 31, 2024

POUJOULAT SA has communicated information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2024, in accordance with Article L.223-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

As of July 31, 2024, the number of shares making up the company's capital is 7,836,000. The number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 13,004,505, while the theoretical voting rights reach 13,013,616.

The number of theoretical voting rights, which includes shares deprived of voting rights, serves as the basis for calculating threshold crossings. On the other hand, exercisable voting rights are calculated without taking into account these shares deprived of voting rights, according to the AMF recommendation of 17 July 2007.
