Poxel: Evolution of the Share Capital and the Number of Voting Rights
On August 16, 2024, Poxel published an update on the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital, in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
As of July 31, 2024, Poxel had 50,703,693 ordinary shares. The total number of gross voting rights as of that date was identical. The exercisable voting rights, after deduction of shares stripped of voting rights, were 50,640,993.
This progression includes figures reported since January 2024, when the share capital initially consisted of 39,037,393 shares. The trend shows a steady increase in the total number of shares and voting rights over the first seven months of the year.
