P&P Group Launches Residential Projects in Fürth

P&P Group, a property developer, is initiating two residential construction and refurbishment projects in Fürth, Germany. Located at Simonstrasse 65 and a complex at Flößaustraße/Dr.-Beeg-Straße, these developments will offer 132 units with 7,650 square meters of living space. The projects are strategically positioned near parks, transport links, shops, restaurants, and cultural spots.

Set for completion between spring and autumn 2026, they promise a high standard of living and energy efficiency. The Dr.-Beeg-Straße project will transform a 1950s complex into a modern sustainable property, with 90 units featuring advanced heating systems for energy performance. The Simonstrasse site will see 42 new flats prioritizing energy efficiency.

Sales for the 132 units have commenced, targeting private and institutional investors. These initiatives aim to alleviate Furth's tight housing market while maintaining high demand for the location.
