P&P London Acquires Four More Flats in Prime Location Mayfair
P&P London, a property investor and developer, has acquired four additional flats in the prime location of Mayfair, London. The units, ranging from 71 to 91 square metres, are currently undergoing a high-quality refurbishment. Michael Peter, founder and Managing Director of P&P London, stated that the focus is on creating luxurious second homes in the city centre. Situated on 27 Bolton Street, the apartments are close to Green Park and surrounded by high-end amenities.
The renovation is set to be completed by autumn 2024, with sales beginning thereafter. Peter is confident in high demand due to the location's tranquillity and proximity to cultural and recreational options. A noteworthy collaborator on this project is interior designer Tabitha Isobel, who aims to combine a five-star hotel comfort with Mayfair's rich design history.
Since its launch in late summer 2023, P&P London has made significant investments in various prestigious London areas, including Mayfair, Notting Hill, and Knightsbridge. A notable earlier investment includes a flat at 68 South Audley Street. The company aims to invest £100 million throughout 2024, focusing on both prime locations and up-and-coming areas in Greater London.
Michael Peter emphasized that their strategic investments are part of a long-term goal to anchor the P&P London brand in the UK residential market. The company is well-capitalized to react quickly to investment opportunities, facilitated by ongoing market consolidation.
