Predictiv AI Ends Letter of Intent
Predictiv AI Inc. has announced the termination of its previously declared letter of intent (LOI) with Shift Technologies Canada Inc. and HouseStack Holdings Inc. This LOI, originally dated August 2, 2024, was set to facilitate a reverse takeover transaction. With this decision, the proposed transaction will not move forward.
Trading of Predictiv AI's common shares has been on hold since the announcement of the reverse takeover in August 2024. The company plans to apply to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange to resume trading activities.
