PREDILIFE COMPLETES A PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF €326,000

On July 22, 2025, Predilife, a Villejuif-based company specializing in pathological risk prediction, announced the completion of a private placement of €326,000. This amount represents 32% of an initial offering of €1 million in convertible bonds (OCEANE), maturing in 2029. This financing aims to support sales growth until spring 2026.

The issuance of the OCEANE bonds will have a slight impact on shareholders' equity and participation. Prior to this issuance, a shareholder holding 1% of the capital would see their stake diluted to approximately 0.966% after the issuance of the new shares.

The company expects that the extension of its cash horizon resulting from this placement will provide financial stability to continue its tripled sales momentum initially observed in the first half.
