PREDILIFE raises funds of €775,000
PREDILIFE, specialist in pathology risk prediction solutions, announces a fundraising of €775,000 through the subscription of convertible bonds at 8.5% until 2029. Open since June 5, 2024, the offer was initially aimed 2 million euros, ultimately reaching 38.75% of this goal.
The proceeds from this fundraising will mainly finance the company's activities until July 2025, after deduction of costs. PREDILIFE plans to use these funds to develop its business and industrial partnerships.
With a total debt of 12.5 million euros, including 11 million in bond debt, the company has 2 million in cash. The monthly cash burn is around 200,000 euros.
