Preparation of the Combined General Meeting of the CRIT Group scheduled for June 7, 2024

The shareholders of the CRIT Group are invited to the Combined General Meeting which will take place on Friday June 7, 2024. This will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Kyriad hotel, located at 9 rue La Fontaine in Saint-Ouen. Prior to this, the prior notice including the proposed resolutions was published on April 29, 2024, and the notice of meeting on May 17 in the same official sources.

According to the regulations established by article R. 22-10-23 of the Commercial Code, all documents related to this meeting are available on the Groupe CRIT website. Shareholders will also be able to obtain them electronically or consult them directly at the head office, according to certain conditions described in the notice of meeting.
