Preparatory Documents for the Bassac General Assembly
Bassac has announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting, scheduled for May 16, 2025. The notice of meeting was published on April 24, 2025, in the newspaper "Affaires Parisiennes." The documents include, among other things, the consolidated annual accounts for 2024, the auditors' reports, information on corporate governance, and the proposed resolutions.
