Preparatory Documents for the General Assembly of CBo Territoria
CBo Territoria announced that the preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting on April 30, 2025, are now available. This meeting will be held in person in Réunion Island, at the Lizine Hub, with a live broadcast on the company's website. Shareholders can access the agenda and proposed resolutions, published in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires (BALO).
The documents, in accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, are available online and upon request to shareholders. Shareholders may also consult them at the company's headquarters. In addition, the results for the first half of 2025 will be announced on September 9, 2025.
