Preparatory Documents for the General Meeting of Burelle SA Available
Burelle SA has announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting, scheduled for May 22, 2025, in Lyon. Shareholders can access these documents online via the dedicated space on the Burelle website. The agenda and the text of the resolutions are included in the notice of meeting sent to registered shareholders.
The 2024 Annual Financial Report and other regulatory documents are available. Shareholders can also consult them at Burelle's administrative headquarters in Levallois-Perret. This meeting will present the group's activities, particularly those of its major subsidiary, OPmobility, which specializes in advanced mobility solutions.
