The Combined General Meeting of Nexity shareholders will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 10 a.m., at Chateauform, 28 avenue George V, Paris.
The notice of meeting, containing the agenda and resolutions, will be published on April 17, 2024 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires and will be accessible on the Company's website.
Regulatory information in accordance with article R. 22-10-23 of the Commercial Code will be available on the Nexity website from May 2, 2024, in the section dedicated to General Meetings.
