Preservica Expands Preserve365 to Canada

Preservica has announced the expansion of its Preserve365 solution to Canada. This Microsoft 365 archiving and Digital Preservation tool is now hosted on Microsoft Azure, ensuring Canadian data sovereignty. It builds on its presence in the US and UK.

Preserve365, developed with Microsoft, enhances compliance by integrating archiving and Digital Preservation into Microsoft 365. Users can manage records within SharePoint using tools like Power Automate, reducing the burden on IT teams.

Stuart Reed, Chief Product Officer at Preservica, highlighted the solution’s ability to automate compliance for long-term records. The system's active approach ensures secure data access, critical for compliance and AI applications.

Preserve365 is now available on the Azure Marketplace, broadening its reach and capabilities for Canadian institutions.
