Prismaflex: Update of voting rights as of September 30, 2025
Prismaflex, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, has published its voting rights figures as of September 30, 2025. The company currently has 1,360,490 shares outstanding. The theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 2,065,703. However, after deducting the shares deprived of voting rights, due to the treasury holding of 7,393 bearer shares, the number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 2,058,310.
It is noteworthy that Prismaflex does not hold any registered treasury shares or any other categories. The number of registered current accounts is 51, which may provide an indication of its shareholding structure.
