Prismo Metals Mobilizes for Palos Verdes Drilling

Prismo Metals Inc. has announced the mobilization of a man-portable drill for their upcoming drill program at the Palos Verdes property in the Panuco district, Sinaloa, Mexico. The drilling is scheduled to start the week of August 5th. This campaign is a collaboration with Vizsla Silver Corp. and aims to enhance drilling efficiency by using drill pads on Vizsla's adjacent concessions.

The program targets three main objectives: tracing the down dip extension of previously defined mineralized shoots, exploring the vein's northeast extension, and testing the extreme northeasterly limit near the Jesusita mine. This will be Prismo's fourth drill campaign on Palos Verdes, designed to probe up to one hundred meters below previous high-grade mineralization.

Dr. Craig Gibson, Chief Exploration Officer, highlighted the benefits of using Vizsla's ground for better drilling angles and deeper reach. Previous assays reported high-grade finds such as 102 g/t gold and 3,100 g/t silver from a single hole. Geologic modeling suggests at least three distinct structures in the Palos Verdes vein system, emphasizing the potential for valuable discoveries.

The drilling program follows significant results from last year and coincides with Prismo's other active projects, including the Hot Breccia copper project in Arizona. CEO Alain Lambert anticipates a busy second half of 2024 with multiple drill results expected from both projects.
