Prismo Metals Secures Permit Approval for Deep Drilling Program at Hot Breccia Copper Project in Arizona

Vancouver, BC – Prismo Metals Inc. (CSE:PRIZ, OTCQB:PMOMF, FSE:7KU) has secured permit approval from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for ten drill pads at the Hot Breccia copper project in Southern Arizona. This approval enables drilling to explore the stratigraphy beneath the surface volcanic rock, particularly targeting a large conductive anomaly discovered in a 2023 ZTEM survey.

The company has posted a bond with BLM, and preparatory work will leverage existing road infrastructure to expedite the drilling program. The initiative is set to commence in Q3 2024, following bond acceptance. This 5,000-metre drill program, supported by a $3.0 million budget, aims to drill through the entire Paleozoic carbonate stratigraphy.

President Steve Robertson highlighted the significance of this permit, marking the first exploration in five decades on this target, where historical drillings reported copper intercepts exceeding 1%. The program seeks critical information for vectoring towards new mineralizing systems.

Since the last exploration over 50 years ago, new significant copper deposit discoveries in the region have bolstered exploration prospects. The utilization of previous geological information will guide the drilling process to ensure thorough exploration.
