Private Equity Holding AG Outlines Proposals for Upcoming AGM

On April 29, 2024, Private Equity Holding AG (PEH), based in Zug, announced several key proposals for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The proposals include a suggested dividend payout and changes to the organization’s governance and structure.

The Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of CHF 1 per share, to be disbursed partially from capital contribution reserves and partially from voluntary retained earnings. This follows the pattern set in previous years.

All existing members of the Board — Dr. Hans Baumgartner, Martin Eberhard, Dr. Petra Salesny, and Fidelis Götz — will be standing for re-election. Additionally, the Board plans to propose amendments to the Articles of Association chiefly in response to modifications in the Swiss Stock Corporation Law, involving a change of the registered office to Zurich and the introduction of a capital band.

The formal invitation to the AGM will be dispatched to registered shareholders on May 7, 2024, following its publication.
