Private Equity Holding AG Reports October 2024 Net Asset Value

Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announced that its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share was EUR 158.89 (CHF 149.23) as of October 31, 2024. This represents a 1.4% increase in EUR and a 1.1% rise in CHF since September 30, 2024. Favorable foreign exchange movements and positive valuation adjustments, especially from investments in Pelion VI and Alpha CEE Opportunity IV, contributed to this performance. Gains in share prices at companies like Kaspi and bill.com also played a role.

PEH's portfolio was cash-flow positive in October, with total distributions of EUR 3.0 million, surpassing the EUR 2.2 million invested. Notably, Francisco Partners VII issued a capital call to acquire New Relic, while significant distributions came from Abry IX and CIVC VI following fruitful investments.

During the period, PEH committed an additional USD 3.0 million to H.I.G. Capital Partners VII, a fund targeting mid-cap buyouts.
