Private Equity Holding AG Reports Stable NAV in April 2024
Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announced its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share for April 30, 2024, marking minimal changes in currencies and performance. The NAV stood at EUR 159.71 and CHF 156.54, recording a slight increase of 0.7% in CHF since the end of March 2024.
The stability in April's NAV was attributed to minor negative adjustments in several portfolio funds, counteracted by positive currency fluctuations and adjustments, notably from Blossom II. Despite positive impacts, the portfolio experienced a cash-flow negative with total distributions of EUR 0.7 million and capital calls contributing EUR 2.5 million into the portfolio.
A highlight was PEH's receipt of distributions from Abry Senior Equity V and Alpha CEE II, alongside investments in diverse sectors including IoT and viticulture. Additionally, capital was employed in significant acquisitions such as SP Cruises and Chateau Ste. Michelle.
The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting on June 3, 2024, in Zug. PEH's performance reflects its strategic investment management which provides shareholders the potential advantages of a diversified private equity portfolio.
