Prodware announces a strong increase in its performance in 2024

In 2024, Prodware recorded a significant increase in its performance indicators. Revenue reached €668.7 million, an increase of 87.6% in proforma variation. This increase demonstrates the effectiveness of the company's mixed growth model, with the successful integration of major acquisitions and substantial value creation.

At the same time, EBITDA grew by 8.6%, reaching EUR 77.2 million, despite a relative decline in its share of turnover. Operating profit increased by 17.8%, while net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent rose from EUR -23.7 to EUR 22.2 million, reflecting increased profitability.

Despite a controlled net financial debt of 224.5 million euros, Prodware continues to ensure sustained growth in its digital transformation through strategic partnerships and is preparing to extend these successes in 2025.
