Prodware: Details on Shares and Voting Rights as of January 31, 2025
On February 20, 2025, Prodware communicated regulatory information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, as of January 31, 2025, Prodware's share capital consisted of 7,654,251 shares.
The total number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights amounted to 8,613,830. These data were transmitted by EQS Group under the responsibility of the issuer. Prodware also announced that the publication of its 2024 annual results is scheduled for March 6, 2025, after the close of trading.
