Prodways liquidity contract balance sheet as of December 31, 2024

The Prodways press release, dated January 31, 2025, provides an overview of the company's liquidity contract as of December 31, 2024. In agreement with TP ICAP (Europe), this balance sheet shows a liquidity account comprising 47,124 shares and 37,841.84 euros in cash.

In the second half of 2024, a total of 81,316 shares were purchased for an amount of EUR 42,016.78, spread over 228 transactions. At the same time, 129,658 shares were sold for EUR 70,256.89 through 204 transactions.

In comparison, as of June 30, 2024, the account had 95,466 securities and 10,667.79 euros in cash. When the contract was set up in June 2021, it had 40,022 securities and 96,465.44 euros. These transactions are under the control of the financial authorities ACPR and AMF.
