Status of voting rights and shares at Prodways as of June 30, 2025

Prodways, a company specializing in 3D printing, has published its share capital figures as of June 30, 2025. As of that date, the group held a total of 51,750,524 shares. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number was 53,929,484. In practice, the number of exercisable voting rights was 52,776,648.
