Jochen Lischer Reappointed as CFO of PWO AG
Jochen Lischer will continue as a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Progress-Werk Oberkirch AG (PWO AG) for another five years. This decision was made unanimously by the Supervisory Board on September 24, 2025, and will extend his term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031.
The extension underlines the confidence of the Supervisory Board in Lischer's skills and leadership. Since joining PWO AG in 2021, he has played a key role in enhancing the Group's financial operations, including the introduction of new financial instruments that have paved the way for business growth.
Lischer's efforts are in line with global market standards, driving development. The Supervisory Board expressed their wishes for his continued success.
