Promising Results for Lahontan Gold Corp at West Santa Fe

Lahontan Gold Corp announces significant discoveries at its West Santa Fe project, located near the flagship Santa Fe mine in Nevada. Through surface rock sampling and geological mapping, the company has identified gold and silver-rich mineralization north of the historic Mindora pit, with samples showing up to 2.61 g/t of gold and 899 g/t of silver. These results expand Lahontan's drilling targets at West Santa Fe.

Kimberly Ann, founder and CEO of Lahontan, highlights the importance of these discoveries for understanding the controls of gold and silver mineralization, providing excellent targets for expanding the hydrothermal system. A drilling program is planned to define an initial mineral resource estimate for West Santa Fe in 2024.

Lahontan Gold Corp, a Canadian company, holds several gold and silver exploration properties in Nevada through its American subsidiaries. Its flagship property, the Santa Fe mine, has already produced 345,000 ounces of gold and 711,000 ounces of silver. The company plans to actively continue exploration at Santa Fe in 2023.
