Provision of preparatory documents for the general meeting of DMS Group

On May 28, 2024, DMS Group announced the availability of preparatory documents for the combined general meeting which will be held on June 17, 2024. Shareholders are convened at 10 a.m. at the head office in Gallargues-le-Montueux. The meeting notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in BALO n°58 of May 13, 2024.

The preparatory documents, in accordance with article R.225-73-1 of the Commercial Code, are available on the DMS Group website, in the Shareholders Area. The full text is also accessible through the company's legal department and online in the Investors Area, General Meetings section.
