Provision of the Prospectus relating to the public offering of shares by Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Alpes Provence (CRCAM) makes available the prospectus for the public offering of shares. These shares are issued by affiliated local funds.
The objectives of this issue are to expand membership and ensure the sustainability of social capital. The shares, with a nominal value of €1.50, allow members to participate in the decisions of the local fund.
The total amount of the issue is set at 150 million euros over one year. Subscriptions are open from June 28, 2024 to June 27, 2025. Subscribers can purchase between 20 and 13,334 shares.
The shares are registered and transferable subject to approval. The remuneration of the shares depends on the approval of the General Meeting.
