Publication of half-yearly results and launch of the capital increase of Financière Marjos
Financière Marjos, a limited partnership with shares, announced a half-year loss of €148,968 for the first half of 2024, compared to a loss of €36,998 for the same period in 2023. This increase in loss is partly due to a provision of €60,000 linked to a dispute with the company Préatoni.
The company is focusing on a capital increase, ratified at the general meetings of February and June 2024. The operation provides for a reduction of the capital to €50,000 followed by an increase of €1 million, with a guarantee of €750,000 by a pool of shareholders and the conversion of €368,000 from the current accounts of partners.
This capital increase will be open to all shareholders via ABSA, with the issue of 2 shares for 3 DPS at a price of €0.075 per share. Each new share will be accompanied by a BSA, allowing the subscription to a new ordinary share at a price of €0.15 over a period of 30 months.
The 2024 half-year financial report is available on the company's website. These measures aim to relaunch the company by providing an available listed structure, high financial visibility and access to liquidity.
