Icade has published details of the compensation of Nicolas Joly, Chief Executive Officer, and Frédéric Thomas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, for the 2024 financial year. Nicolas Joly's fixed compensation amounts to €450,000 gross and has remained unchanged since 2023. His variable compensation, subject to approval by the general meeting, totals €168,018.75 gross, based on financial and non-financial objectives.

For 2024, Frédéric Thomas's compensation remains stable at €240,000 gross per year. Icade maintains transparency regarding its compensation policy, which is subject to approval at the general meeting on May 13, 2025.
