Publication of Miliboo voting rights and shares
On December 3, 2024, Miliboo published the number of shares and voting rights constituting its share capital, according to Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, as of November 30, 2024. The company declares a total of 6,930,904 shares.
The total theoretical number of voting rights is 10,943,852, while the actual number, which excludes certain shares deprived of voting rights, is 10,883,659. Miliboo also specifies the existence of a clause in its statutes imposing an additional obligation to declare the crossing of a threshold.
The regulatory information published is part of the transparency expected by shareholders and the market.
