Publicis Groupe: Report on Own Share Transactions
Publicis Groupe has published details of the share transactions carried out between June 16 and 20, 2025. These shares were repurchased under the program adopted at the General Meeting of May 27, 2025.
A total of 94,650 shares were repurchased on the XPAR marketplace. On June 18, 4,764 shares were purchased at an average price of EUR 93.8196, amounting to EUR 446,956.57. On June 19, 60,236 shares were purchased for a total amount of EUR 5,651,148.76 at an average price of EUR 93.8168. Finally, on June 20, 29,650 shares were purchased for a total amount of EUR 2,792,229.45 at an average price of EUR 94.1730.
The total gross amount of the transactions amounts to EUR 8,890,334.79, thus strengthening the company's share buyback program.
