Publity AG Announces Slight Delay in Interest Payment for 5.5% Corporate Bond
Frankfurt am Main, June 19, 2024 – publity AG ("publity", ISIN DE0006972508) has announced a slight delay in the interest payment due on its 5.5% corporate bond 2020/2025 (ISIN DE000A254RV3). The payment, originally scheduled for June 19, 2024, will be made within the next few days.
The terms and conditions of the bond permit a delay of up to 30 days before it is considered a default. Publity AG assures investors that the interest payment will be settled within this grace period.
The delay is attributed to significant delays in incoming payments, which are currently being resolved. Necessary liquid funds are being arranged within the Group and should be disbursed to bondholders shortly.
