Purchase of Arkema's own shares: transaction details
Between March 17 and 21, 2025, Arkema completed several share purchase transactions. These transactions are in accordance with European regulations governed by Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014. According to published information, five transactions were completed during this period.
The total volume of shares purchased was 26,000. The average weighted purchase price for these shares was €79.6127. Purchases were made daily, with volumes ranging from 3,500 to 7,000 shares per day. On March 21, the lowest average purchase price was €75.8054 per share.
These transactions took place on the market identified by the XPAR code, in accordance with current European standards.
