Q Battery Metals Secures Diamond Drilling Contractor for 2024 Exploration
Q Battery Metals Corp. has entered discussions with a Diamond Drilling Contractor aimed at initiating drilling activities on its Quebec properties in 2024. The company anticipates a favorable agreement that will benefit both parties. While negotiations are ongoing, Q Battery Metals remains open to other drilling propositions. This drilling initiative will target the La Corne South and McKenzie East projects.
Historically, La Corne South has shown potential for lithium and Volcanic Massive Sulphide (VMS) mineralization. Significant lithium values and VMS targets have been identified, with past explorations revealing massive sulphide bodies. A planned Induced Polarization survey in Spring 2024 aims to further investigate these findings. Additionally, previous explorations at McKenzie East have returned optimistic results, including notable gold intercepts. The upcoming drill program seeks to expand upon these findings, with further exploration planned for the southern section of the McKenzie East property, inspired by successful assays in the adjacent Maruska showing.
Both projects are strategically located near Val d'Or, Quebec, demonstrating Q Battery Metals' commitment to exploiting critical and precious metals within the region. The company's approach is supported by qualified industry professionals and aligns with regulatory and environmental guidelines, cementing its presence in the Canadian mining landscape.
