Q Precious and Battery Metals Begins Drilling at La Corne South Project, Val D’or Quebec
Q Precious and Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:QMET) has started diamond drilling at the La Corne South project, north of Val d'Or, Quebec. The first drill hole is targeting a TDEM conductive zone with historical sulfide mineralization showing significant copper, silver, and some zinc and gold values.
The current drill campaign involves 7-9 drill holes, each 120-150 meters deep, to test multiple targets. The primary objective is to explore geophysical anomalies for massive sulfide potential. Planning will advance based on drill hole results.
The geologic team, including Explo-Logik Inc., will oversee drilling, sample mineralized intercepts, and refine future drill targets. Logging and sampling will occur at Explo-Logik’s facility in Val d'Or.
Q Battery Metals Corp. holds a 100% interest in mineral claims in Quebec, focusing on critical and precious metals. Their projects include the La Corne South VMS + Pegmatite Lithium, McKenzie East Gold, and the recently acquired Pontax Lithium and Versant rare earth elements properties.
