Qatar Holding LLC Steps Down from VINCI’s Board of Directors
Qatar Holding LLC has resigned from its position on VINCI’s Board of Directors. The resignation became effective on 10 June 2024. The entity first assumed the directorship following the transfer of Cegelec’s capital to VINCI, a role held since the Shareholders’ General Meeting of 6 May 2010.
VINCI appreciated Qatar Holding LLC’s contributions during their directorship. The company remains committed to its goals of designing, financing, building, and operating infrastructure and facilities globally, and pledges to continue engaging with stakeholders in a responsible manner.
