Q.beyond Boosts EBITDA Amid Economic Challenges
Q.beyond AG has reported a significant increase in its EBITDA, rising by €2.1 million to reach €2.2 million in the third quarter of 2024. Amid Germany's recession, the IT service provider has remained resilient by following its "2025 Strategy," which emphasizes operational efficiency and profitability over growth.
In the third quarter, revenues increased to €47.0 million, with a free cash flow of €1.0 million. The company has no debt and maintains net liquidity of €38.7 million. For the nine-month period, EBITDA improved significantly from €-0.1 million to €6.4 million, indicating successful adaptation to economic challenges.
Q.beyond expects a full-year EBITDA increase of more than 40%, targeting between €8 million and €10 million, with revenues projected between €192 million and €198 million. The firm benefits from high recurring revenue and increased nearshoring and offshoring activities, which now account for 13% of its operations.
