Q.beyond Reports Improved Earnings and Financial Strength in Q1 2025
In Q1 2025, IT service provider q.beyond showed resilience, increasing earnings despite a challenging economic environment. EBITDA rose by 15% year-on-year to €2.3 million, and free cash flow improved to €0.8 million. Net liquidity also grew to €39.9 million.
Revenue slightly decreased from €47.1 million in Q1 2024 to €46.4 million. However, q.beyond focused on profitability over growth, enhancing its Consulting segment's margin from 8% to 14%. The company benefited from strategic nearshoring and offshoring, with international employees rising to 16%.
CEO Thies Rixen affirmed confidence in the business model's resilience. The company projects EBITDA to reach up to €15 million in 2025, assuming economic recovery. The company's new AI platform, Private Enterprise AI, supports IT sovereignty for SMEs.
