Quality Industrial Corp. (OTC PINK : QIND) annonce la nomination de Bush and Associates CPA comme nouveau cabinet d'expertise comptable indépendant. Approuvé le 19 août 2024, Bush and Associates examinera les états financiers consolidés de la société pour la période se terminant le 30 juin 2024 et auditera l'exercice se terminant le 31 décembre 2024. Ils remplacent Pipara and Co LLP.
Le 23 mai 2024, QIND a dévoilé un accord avec Actelis Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ : ASNS) pour qu'Actelis acquière 61 % à 75 % des actions de QIND. Les périodes de non-sollicitation et d'interdiction de vente de l'accord ont été prolongées jusqu'au 30 août 2024. La réalisation de cette transaction reste incertaine.
