Quartz Mountain Completes 3,418 Metres of Core Drilling at Jake Property in British Columbia
Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. has completed 3,418 metres of core drilling in seven holes at its Jake project, located 160 kilometres north of Smithers, BC. Core samples have been sent to ALS Global for analysis. The goal is to discover a significant porphyry copper-gold-silver deposit.
The drilling supports Quartz's strategy of targeting high-value projects with strong potential for mine development. Chairman Bob Dickinson highlighted the significance of this milestone and expects to release assay results by early September, emphasizing the project's potential for a major discovery.
The Jake project is one of two key projects for Quartz in British Columbia, following the initial drilling success at the Maestro Project. The Company is focused on achieving milestones on both projects.
Quartz remains committed to responsible mineral development, providing opportunities for local and First Nation communities. The drilling program was completed by Apex Diamond Drilling and overseen by HEG Exploration Services.
