R-Logitech Reaches Quorum for Bondholder Vote on 2018/2024 Notes

Monaco, 26 June 2024 – R-Logitech S.A.M. announced that it has reached the required quorum for the bondholder vote concerning its 2018/2024 Notes. The voting took place from 22 June to 24 June 2024 and achieved a quorum with 54.45% of the outstanding nominal amount of holders. The resolutions proposed by an ad hoc group, supported by the Company, were approved with significant majorities.

Notably, the amendment of Bond Conditions and specifics related to maturity, redemption, and security were ratified with over 96% approval. However, the proposed amendment to the interest conditions saw minimal support at just 4.47% and was consequently canceled. These steps are crucial for R-Logitech's refinancing strategy under its overall transactional framework.
