Racing Force procède à un rachat d'actions propres
Racing Force SpA, leader des composants de sécurité pour le sport automobile, a annoncé des avancées dans son programme de rachat d'actions. Autorisé par ses actionnaires le 22 octobre 2025, ce programme a permis à la société d'acquérir 4 350 actions sur le marché Euronext Growth de Milan entre le 17 et le 21 novembre 2025. Cette acquisition représente 0,0159 % du capital social de la société. Chaque action a été rachetée à un prix moyen de 4,84 €, pour un montant total de 21 056,45 €.
Les transactions ont été facilitées par Equita SIM SpA, et toutes les acquisitions ont été réalisées conformément à la réglementation de l'Union européenne. À ce jour, Racing Force détient 110 850 actions propres, représentant 0,4047 % de son capital social total.
