RC Industrie Immobilien SE Acquires Property in Mittenwalde

RC Industrie Immobilien SE has announced the acquisition of a commercial and industrial property in Mittenwalde, Brandenburg. The deal was completed with a notarised purchase agreement valued at EUR 2.375 million. The property spans approximately 41,500 m² and includes around 6,400 m² of lettable space.

As part of the transaction, a partial sale-and-leaseback agreement was formed. The former owner, also the current occupier, will lease the property for a minimum of three years. The annual net rental income from this lease is expected to be about EUR 551,000.

This acquisition aligns with RC Industrie Immobilien SE's strategy to strengthen its portfolio with fully let properties, ensuring stable income streams.
