R.E.A. Holdings Confirms DSN Decision on CDM Rights
R.E.A. Holdings plc ("REA" or the "company") has provided further clarity regarding the DSN share subscription agreement and subsidiary CDM. During the Annual General Meeting on June 6, 2024, the directors indicated that the DSN group did not expect to exercise its priority right to purchase REA Kaltim's subsidiary, CDM. This priority right had been extended to the end of June 2024.
As of July 1, 2024, DSN has officially confirmed that it will not exercise this right. As a result, and in line with previous statements, REA now intends to retain CDM for the foreseeable future.
