REA Holdings plc : notification du directeur
REA Holdings plc (« REA ») a annoncé que le directeur Richard Robinow a transféré l'intégralité de sa participation personnelle en actions ordinaires d'Emba Holdings Limited à son fils, Luke Robinow. Le transfert des actions a eu lieu le 1er juillet 2024 à titre de donation. Luke Robinow est président-directeur de PT REA Kaltim Plantations, la principale filiale opérationnelle de REA.
Malgré le transfert, il n'y a eu aucun changement dans la participation d'Emba Holdings Limited dans REA, qui reste à 13 022 420 actions ordinaires, représentant 29,71 pour cent de la société.
