REALITES relaunches the Bauer construction site in Saint-Ouen

On February 7, 2025, REALITES confirmed the resumption of the Bauer construction site in Saint-Ouen, marking an important turning point for the project. Work had ceased, but was able to resume thanks to the successful sale of the office spaces of the Bauer Box real estate project as well as an agreement sealed with several financial and operational partners.

This major project includes the renovation of the North stand of the Bauer stadium and a 30,600 m² multi-use program. REALITES highlighted the essential contribution of its partners, including ARES-Nomo and Banque des Territoires, as well as the significant role of several construction companies.

Delivery of the infrastructure is scheduled for the first half of 2026, under the aegis of a secure financial framework and a reassessed schedule. This recovery is welcomed by Yoann Choin-Joubert, CEO of REALITES, for the collective commitment demonstrated by all stakeholders in the project.
