REALITES renews its Euro PP bond of 24 million euros
The REALITES group announced on May 16, 2024, following the General Meeting of debt holders, the extension of its bond issue of 24 million euros (ISIN FR0013424934) which expired in June 2024. This agreement, voted on unanimously, will allow the repayment to be rescheduled with a partial amortization of 35% spread between June 2025 and March 2026, and payment of the balance on September 13, 2026.
The extension of this Euro PP strain is associated with an increase in the coupon, which will increase from 5.25% to 7.5% from June 13, 2024, with interest payment on a quarterly basis. This support from REALITES' financial partners follows a turnaround in the real estate market that began in 2023, and aims to extend the maturity of debt while preserving the group's finances in a difficult economic context. The main partners in this transaction include Aether Financial Services, Société Générale Securities Services, and CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.
